Privacy Policy
Effective September 22, 2026. This policy explains what personal information HoodooSpellwork.com LLC ("we", "us") collects through HoodooSpellwork.com and our online store, how we use it, who we share it with and how, how we protect it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect
Information you give us:
Contact details: name, email address, phone number, and shipping address (for physical products).
Order and payment details: what you bought, when, and the amount. Card numbers are entered directly with our payment processors (Stripe and Shopify Payments); we never see or store your full card number.
Spiritual service details: your full name, your mother's name, a recent photograph of you, and a short description of your situation or the result you are seeking. We use these solely to perform the service you ordered.
Messages, reviews and testimonials you send us or post, and your email address when you subscribe to our list or download a free guide.
Information collected automatically:
Device and usage data: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring site and approximate location, collected through cookies and similar tools on Squarespace and Shopify.
Advertising data: the Meta Pixel and similar tags record visits, purchases and sign-ups so we can measure and target our Facebook and Instagram ads.
Information from third parties: payment confirmations and fraud signals from Stripe and Shopify, and your interactions with our YouTube, TikTok, Instagram and Facebook pages.
How we use it
To perform the spiritual service you ordered, using the name, mother's name, photo and details you provided.
To process payments, fulfill and ship orders, and send order confirmations, completion notices and other transactional emails.
To send newsletters and offers when you have subscribed; every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.
To run and measure advertising, including retargeting on Meta platforms.
To operate, secure and improve the site and store, prevent fraud, and respond to your requests.
To keep records required by tax, accounting and other laws, and to establish or defend legal claims.
We process this information with your consent (marketing emails, spiritual service details, cookies), to fulfill our contract with you (orders and services), to meet legal obligations, and for our legitimate interests in running and protecting the business.

What the law requires
Legal compliance and protection of our rights
Data reaches these providers through encrypted (HTTPS/TLS) integrations and their secured dashboards. Each provider may use it only to provide its service to us and under its own privacy policy. If the business is sold or merged, customer information may transfer to the new owner under this policy.
Spiritual service details and photos
Your photo, name, mother's name and situation are used only by our practitioner to perform your service. We do not publish them, use them in marketing, or share them with anyone outside the providers listed above. We do not scan photos for biometric identifiers or facial geometry. If you submit a photo or details of another person, you confirm you have that person's permission.
Security
Every page and the checkout run over HTTPS/TLS encryption.
Card payments are handled by PCI DSS compliant processors; full card numbers never touch our systems.
Client photos and service details are kept in password-protected, access-controlled accounts available only to the practitioner.
No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; if a breach affects your information, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as the law requires.

International transfers
We are a United States company, and our providers process data in the United States and other countries. If you are in Vietnam or elsewhere, your information will be transferred to and stored in those countries. We use providers with recognized security standards and contractual protections.
Cookies and advertising
Cookies and pixels support login, checkout, analytics and advertising. You can block cookies in your browser settings and adjust ad preferences in your Facebook and Instagram settings; blocking cookies may affect checkout.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, including under Vietnam's personal data protection laws, you may ask us to access, correct or delete your information, withdraw consent, opt out of marketing, or provide a copy of what we hold. Email Hello@Hoodoospellwork.com ; we may verify your identity first and will respond within 30 days. We cannot delete records the law requires us to keep. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
Children
Our site, products and services are for adults 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18; if you believe a minor has given us information, email us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy; the effective date at the top shows the current version. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
Terms of Service
Effective September 22, 2026. These Terms govern your use of HoodooSpellwork.com, our online store, and every product and service sold by HoodooSpellwork.com LLC ("we", "us"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the site or place an order.

Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a binding contract. By placing an order, you confirm that you are.
What we sell
Custom spiritual services listed in our store: prayer and candle rituals performed by our practitioner on your behalf in the hoodoo tradition.
Physical products: ritual oils, candles and related items, shipped within Vietnam only.
Digital products and content: guides, videos and downloads.
How spiritual services work
You place and pay for your order.
You send the details the service requires (your full name, your mother's name, a recent photo of you, and a short description of your situation) to the address given in your confirmation email. Work does not begin, and the completion window does not start, until we receive them.
We perform the service within the window stated on the product page, currently 72 hours to 8 days after we receive your details, and email you when it is complete.
We accept a limited number of clients at a time and may close ordering without notice. Orders placed while ordering is open are honored.
No guarantee of results
Our services are spiritual in nature and are provided as described, with no specific outcome promised or guaranteed. Individual experiences vary. We do not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical or mental health condition, and we do not give legal, financial or other professional advice. Nothing we offer replaces a doctor, therapist, lawyer or financial adviser; never stop or delay treatment or legal action because of a service ordered from us. You are responsible for the decisions you make.
All sales are final — no refunds
Every purchase on this site is final. We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, cancellations or credits on any service, physical product or digital product, for any reason, including change of mind, dissatisfaction with the outcome of a service, delays caused by late or missing details from you, or failure to receive or read our emails.
Each spiritual service is prepared for you personally and begins when you send your details, digital products are delivered immediately, and physical products are consumable ritual items. By ordering, you ask us to begin performance right away and agree that, to the fullest extent the law allows, you waive any cooling-off, withdrawal or cancellation right once we have begun.
The only remedies we provide are re-performance or replacement, never a refund:
If we fail to perform a service you paid for and sent details for, we will perform it.
If a physical product arrives damaged, email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will send a replacement.
Where the law of your country of residence gives you rights that cannot be waived by contract, those rights are unaffected.
Chargebacks and disputes
Contact us before disputing a charge with your bank or card issuer; most concerns are resolved by email. You agree not to file a chargeback for a service that was performed or a product that was delivered as described. We contest chargebacks with our records, including your acceptance of these Terms at checkout, and may refuse future orders from customers who file them.
Your responsibilities
Give accurate, complete information and keep your contact details current.
Submit only photos and details you have the right to share; if they concern another person, you confirm that person has agreed.
Do not use our products, services or content to harass, threaten or harm anyone, or for any unlawful purpose.
Use candles and oils safely: never leave a burning candle unattended, keep products away from children and pets, do not ingest oils, and patch-test before applying oil to skin.
Intellectual property
The site, its text, images, videos, guides, product names and service names belong to HoodooSpellwork.com LLC and are protected by copyright and trademark law. Digital products are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use and may not be copied, resold or shared. By posting a review or sending a testimonial, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use it, with your first name, in our marketing.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The site, products and services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Our total liability for any claim arising from a purchase or from use of the site is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or opportunities. You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of our products, services or content.
Communications
By ordering, you agree to receive transactional emails about your order. Marketing emails are sent only with your consent and include an unsubscribe link.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois, and you consent to their jurisdiction. This does not override mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
General
If any part of these Terms is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These Terms, our Privacy Policy and the product description at the time of purchase are the entire agreement between us. We may update these Terms; the effective date at the top shows the current version, and each order is governed by the Terms in force when it was placed.
